Acro Tumbling

Acro Tumbling focuses on balance, flexibility, agility and motor coordination. Combining acrobatic moves and gymnastics elements, students will learn skills such as bridges, walkovers, hand springs, tucks and aerials. Students will be evaluated and given individualized direction in order to reach personal goals.
